46XY/45XO Turner's Mosaic Male, thought to be a girl, found to be a boy, renamed, reconstructed, raised male, but still female. In genderal I would just be considered to be a 45XO/46XY mosaic male with CAH, but that is not how my diagnosis was explained to me back in 1993. Fact is I could indeed be or have Mixed Gonadol Dysgenisis, but again I have never been given or identified as having such a diagnosis. So I use the only Diagnosis that i have ever recieved as my official dx. Typically a Mixed Gonadol Dysgenisis Diagnosis would be used if at least 1 streak Gonad was present along with another normal or ovotestes being present. As I have no streak Gonads at all, MGD doesn't really apply, it is possible that one or more of my 4 gonads could be ovotestes, but technically an ovotestes is not the same thing as a Streak Gonad as Streak gonads are poorly formed bands of tissue ie they dont have a testicular or ovarian shape to them. and they are extremely dangerous to keep, as most are extremely malignant, I would of had such a gonad removed, which to my knowledge I haven't. So once more, I could indeed have dysgenetic gonads, but they are not Streak Gonads as mine are well formed, though they are slightly underdeveloped. They have a fairly normal appearance and though I do have an increased risk for testicular cancer, so far, no sign of being cancerous or malignant, though they are scary looking lol. added one of my newer video's so people understood better about what I had ...
